Same place I got my frame done, just one colour though, for £40.00. How much was the two colour fade?

Same, £40, but i'm a familiar face there. It won't be much (if any) different to public at large though. £45 tops for two matte colours.

Get one of those yellow washing up sponges with green or blue "rough" side. Pour vinegar on it. Go over rust. Watch it disappear. Wipe frame clean.

Works a beauty on all surface rust.

If deeper, scrape off with Stanley knife etc to bare metal. Primer and touch up with model paint, nail polish.. anything colour match.
