Just taken delivery of a cro-mega DX

The plan is a simple one, strip it, clean it, new cables, a bit of tinkering and ride it.

Just about, listed as Grimsby but was in Caistor.

It was worth the trip from Hull.

It has a few issues though. The threads on the drive side crank had threaded and it needs a new bottom bracket.

You snooze, you lose ;)

I was surprised it was still available really. It had been listed for 4 days before I saw it.

Looking forward to riding it having never ridded an e-stay before.

I never use Facebook marketplace really and just dropped in there for a nosey to see what it was all about, I saw this and made my initial enquiry but they said that someone was on the way to have a look at it. I suspected it would be a member of Retrobike so I backed off, knowing it would be gone to the first viewer hehe.

Good luck with the build mate, make sure it's a good one.

Re:
