CroMega is the only sane way to go here... then Ti and finally, as a last resort (and only after consulting Gypsy Rose Lea), an Al Mega... ;)

Mr K

if i am correct; first of all; the alu is not the one i should go for ?
Second; these frames crack
third; this is not the elevated frame ? The one i would like to own ?

Like more vintage aluminium bike it is junk. It is even the junkiest of them all. Mega junk.

All original parts on my AlMega could easily be sold for 'new'. Frame cracked everywhere simply by aging.

if it is not the elavated chainstay i will not be interested.

If it has fresh XT m730 parts, why not?

because i wanted the fame and not the parts,...
And 200 euro for just the parts and a bad frame,...no not for me,..

Why is that? I know these are famous for cracking, but is it because of the design or is that Easton VariLite ProGram (that's what's used for these frames right?) tubing just "crappy tin-can" stuff?

Always wondered about that.... :?:

You will probably end up with parts only anyway, so if 200 seems too much -what I can understand- you probably shouldn't do it.
