has it had a different tube diameter welded in as the wall thickness of the seat tube is crazy thick?

No it’s a one owner from new before I bought it. The owner said the only thing that’s been changed is the forks. It all looks original to me. Maybe it’s my bad photography

thats odd then as the wall thickness on the 1992 cro mega dx i am paint stripping now is much thinner than this.
