All things Canadian.....

Holy smokes that's a lot of Coves! Really nice fleet. Maybe I can help with the Devinci. Devinci is from Quebec, and extremely popular there, they like to "buy French". Their factory is directly across the road from a mine, the product is 100% Canadian. They build nice aluminum frames, but were known to skimp out on components.

I did read that. All Canadian aluminium. The frame is really nice. It seems to be raw too. There's a bit of corrosion on the seatstay bridge that'll need a wet sand but the rest cleaned up with some autosol and wire wool.

Devinci actually replied to me on IG and said I should email them with the details and they might be able to find something in the records but not heard from them since.

Can't say for certain, you are right, not a lot of information out there, but to me it looks like a Coyote.View attachment 782978
Maybe, just guessing. Other trail hardtail models included Kobain and Cactus.

The derailleur hanger is VERY specific on mine (and a bit shit tbh). It was badly bent, only held on by a rivet that had snapped and it mounted to the inside of the dropout. I'll try and upload a pic.

Rare in that it did not explode on being pulled out of the box. Someone must have loved that bike to actually pack it and ship it across the ocean.
