Pics of all: http://s20.photobucket.com/user/brother ... Sale/Forks
1. 1990 Spinner Kona P2
A-C is 390mm ish, date stamp is 1990 though so it'll be the shorter, non suspension geometry earlier version.
Steerer just over 17cm inc thread (can be used as ahead, an aheadstem fits fine clamped on the threaded section).
They've been sanded by hand back to bare metal (takes ages but better and kinder than blasting) ready for your choice of paint. There's one very small ding which I've pictured - it's on the inside of the leg towards the rear so hardly noticeable, but if required, a skim of car body filler before paint would see it mint!
£45 posted or swaps for a 1-1/8" P2 or similar with a 195mm+ long steerer? SOLD
2. Hardly used Pace RC36 Pro-Class 2 with lockout and rare 1" steerer, and custom 63mm travel kit, as well as 80mm and 100mm travel options.
INCLUDES FORK WITH REMOTE LOCKOUT THUMBSHIFTER AND CABLE, TRAVEL REDUCTION ROD, MANUAL AND V-BRAKE MOUNTS
To quote the legendary Tim of Fork English (ultimate retro Pace fork guru!) "Probably the best pair of forks Pace made travel/performance/reliability wise".
Coil sprung, oil damped, grease lubed.
1595g including lockout lever and cable
1" Cro Mo steerer. 21cm long.
Custom extra internal rod piece included to allow the forks to be run at 63mm travel, as well as 80mm and 100mm.
A-C lengths are approx:
427mm in 63mm travel
444mm in 80mm travel
464mm in 100 mm travel
As you can see, nice and short for use with older frame geometries. Significantly shorter than Rock Shox, Fox, Marzocchi etc for a given travel, which is nice for handling.
