Here is my Dale Caffiene F4

Heard from a Dale rep these are rare now as only a few were brought over to the uk market.
Bought this from my lbs new as the original customer purchased this from the states.
When it arrived the frame was smaller than he thought. So he traded in for a model that was in the shop.

Soon as I seen I bought straight away as these are nice and used to own the F700 variant.

Full bike was stripped heli taped even though the whole frame is mint anyway.

there is a nice red/white coloured theme going on here and some pretty decent spec. components.

you know you can change the angle of the brake hoses on the avid callipers? just undo the banjo bolt enough so that the banjo itself can be rotated, then nip it up - no need to bleed unless you really undo it a lot.

Thanks for the info didn't know that. As for the spec it's getting there if it wasn't for the motor season again proper petrol head, the spec would be at least XX

Thats a very tasty selection of kit you have on there and under the 20lbs barrier for a fully geared, disk braked, front suss is no mean feat - nice !
Out of interest how do you rate the KCNC rotors ? I was looking to replace my Avid G3's on my Scalpel and maybe also the Zelos with something lighter and these do look good weight but there really isn't much braking surface to speak of.

My mate has te new Scott 29er carbon put him to shame the other night.

As for the rotors I've had Hope floating Ashima and now the Kcnc razors for weight stopping power is good, however I only do Xc and aint used to the full ability yet beding in the new kevlar pads so couldn't realy comment as yet to there full stopping power.

As you know kcnc produce good quality stuff, tbh weight was the deciding factor.
