Can't believe the mileage he reckons he's doing! It's not that I don't believe him, it's the quantity! He's probably done more miles in a week than I do in 6 months!

Wow, isn't that spooky! So soon after we raised it here. I know what he means about the speed and losing fitness quickly as you get older. Got the T-shirt!
