near mint 48 hole haro heffer 3 rim made by alex, built into a rear haro fat hub (female axle) i bought this as nos and have just re-tensioned the spokes up as they were loose, ideal for a 1997-2000 build, these came as original equipment on the haro mirra 540's, blammo etc...
