I understand what you are saying, however, the seller often goes out of the country. Plus they are a very big outfit, many ppl on here have dealt with jenny Christian before. I've bought quite a few times from their eBay store, and also direct with the seller. Great product range, lots of Tune parts.
And no I'm not on commission, lol, just saying it like it is!

Christian Jenny is a very good chap. He purpose built the Tune Mag 170 hub with a Shimano Microspline freehub body for my crazy Adroit Pro 1x12 conversion. I received that hub within 2 weeks after ordering. Bear in mind that he first had to modify and reassemble it before he could dispatch it to me.
This hub most likely is the one and only of its kind on the planet: Microspline on a 135 mm wide hub:

Bike components told me that they cannot accept my own shipping order via UPS (hey I pay and send to him the UPS label) they said me only work with DHL, but after asking which DHL, theyy said me satsndar, and standar is like Magne ones, sucking national post, DHL web for standard says "Delivery through local postal providers" (https://www.dhl.com/us-en/home/our-divi ... ndard.html) so I said to Bike components that they have great products but bad shit shipping so I declined to order the cantis there

NEWS I was able to speak by whatsapp with Christian (ex Tune), Im waiting his quotation. He will send me the Tune kit via UPS

Which color you think will look btter: Blue, Green or Red ?

Blue is the only „accepted“ colour for that frame by the classic KLEIN purist community. Red is out of bounds here and green will most likely not match the vibrant green of the frame. Neither does the blue, but that seems to „hurt“ the eyes less.

I subscribed to this thread because it looked like an awesome weight weenie project.......

Bit bored of the shipping debate to be honest, surely these are best sorted via the PM system?
I’m not so sure that doing it on the open forum makes anyone look good......

Yes.

That's a tricky one. Not really sure. Buy all three colours then you can't go wrong.

:) still waiting for him. I've chat one hour ago . lets see whats happens. The RED for me is ok as well, like the hubs from Magne are using Re Hubs, it may look good the RED, Red and Green goes well

As I only have a Youngtimer Adroit, I am not the specialist here, but I do remember posts in other forums featuring KLEIN classic bikes saying that only blue or purple are acceptable for re-builds, depending on paint scheme of the frame. Purple is clearly not an option on Gator but would be on Moonrise.
I think these rules go back to the fact that component manufacturers such Cook and others which were hip in the early 90-ies could not offer as many different anodising colours as today.
Your Ringlé hubs would be perfect on this frame, albeit not very lightweight.

Today received, NIS Campagnolo Record OR, Front Derailleur: 122gr (when I was expecting 139gr, so a save of 17gr here)

As well as 1 pair on PAUL Cantilevers new (Touring) which now Im going to mecahnic to know if I can use it or not.
I manage to get 100gr on the Cantis (like the V's) by uysing the pads from Steinbach (Im going to mechanic to know if works or not).

So about same weight on cantis (if work) or even saving 6gr (from previous 206gr to 200gr)

I will update weights later when back from the mechanic, not sure if those "Touring" Cantilevers from Paul will work or not

What are your thought about this Touring Canties ??

I will know in a few hours if Campys shifter (O.R.) work with Paul rear derailleur

I still don't get how you can use those as pedals...do you have to add a cage to them or have some weird shoes :?: :?: :?:
