Sounds about right, IIRC they were produced in the same Taiwan factories as Fisher (and therefore possibly Marin as well) so the geometry and tubing should be pretty much the same spec. They also use an Evolution headset from memory...?

Sadly the brand name will always be a sticking point - I agree that it may be a one way trip to splitsville
