Affordable Touring 700c Frameset V brakes - New - Recommendations

Hi Team,

Who out there manufactures an affordable steel 700c Vbrake, touring, (quill or ahead), frameset?

I'd like to think one could purchase something for £150-200 - but I think my head is in the clouds on that one.

OR
if 2nd hand
Any common recommendations.

Generally looking at a small/medium male size. 53-55cm?

Looks good - apart from size.

Theres a few on AliExpress direct from China. I've bought loads from there Inc framesets so no worries.

Blimey, total tanks those frames! It cannot be double-butted (and certainly they are lying when they say it's Reynolds steel, or it would have the tube transfer).
However, for heavily-loaded touring such a frame may be ideal.

For £200 I would be looking secondhand - a 531 frame from a jumble. A Dawes Galaxy, Horizon or a Claud Butler Regent or Black Diamond would be my first choices.
