Advice on painting a fork crown

I've got a set of sids that are in good nic aside from some heavy paint bubbling on the crown. I want to sort this and assume I'll need to remove the existing paint, sand down and repaint.

What would be the best paint for the job? Any tips on repainting to match the gloss black finish gratefully received.

epoxy based gloss paint would be best ,available in aerosol can , i would pull them from the frame to do it, you will need to mask off the legs and crown race /steerer tube to spray

I've had nice results on fork lowers using plastikote aerosol spray.
