Please may I tap into the collective knowledge base here..?
I have the beginnings of a retro build, hopefully.
The frame is a GT; the question is, which one?
I have a partial serial number, H5A00.. then chain/cassette rub.
The forks were an ebay find.. It's what this place does to you :D . They have the carbon bridge I remember from the Pro Class, but not the Ti Ni gold stanchions or decals.. Here are some pics, hope someone can help please.

Is it a Zaskar? :D

No.- Sorry.

It looks like it might be a Pantera, which is still a good frame. Probably '93-'95 ish.

The fork is a Pace RC36 but with pro class braces. Looks to be an early one so around '97.

Thank you for the speedy reply.
Off to check what colour options were around for the frame..
Cheers, Al

Not a Zaskar/Pantera (curved endcap).

It's an early one from the 2 bolt mech hanger.
93 Avalanche AL ? Can't think of any other Non-Zaskar
alloy frames with 2 bolt.

Yup my bad!

Forgot the Pantera had a flat end cap too.

Avalanche AL is still a nice classic GT frame though.

Cheers Madjez.
Looks like a pale metallic brown.. hmnn - off to see if I can find out more about that.
