as spotted on the market recently by someone i cant remember the
name of....eagle 7sp cassettes,ebay.

i took a gamble and had one delivered today and, pleasantly suprised!

as i gazed at the box i thought "s**t they've sent a screw-on"
once opened it... breathed easier to see it was a cassette afterall, just
in a silly box.the quality seems good, well machined.
lockring weighs a TON at 20g,so i replaced for a spare hg i had spare.15g
lol..
not heavy at all.so if your doing a budget build, hack etc they're ideal.
i cant speak of the mechanical durability yet.let's see!

Had my eyes on these too.. Must admit looks ok for price,, be interested to know what the durability is like,,, the weight is not bad considering the price fella.. :)

Keep us posted on the wear rate.. :)

yup,had one for a bit, worked very well, was shiney and never really weared any quicker than shimano etc, good cheap kit :D

buzzin'!!
mine is going on the rocky ridge!

back to good old 21speed.hollow tech 2? what was i thinking!!

hail the retrospective charm.

I bought one too, purely as 7sp 12-28 cassettes are bloody rare now. Looks decent quality, I trust the spacing is correct for shimano shifters?
