For Sale Aborted project - Wallis Scandium 55cm frameset and most parts for a build (frame is free!)

I only recently bought this frame to build up using a pile of parts from my spares bin….

Unfortunately the frame has a small issue and I’ve simply gone off the project, so someone else can pick up where I have left off!

The frame has a 55cm top tube and seat tube is also 55cm centre to top. It’s made with Deda U2 Scandium tubing and is super light. Comes with a set of Deda black Magic forks. No headset.

The frame has a broken bottle boss - the bolt has been threaded and has led to the boss coming loose in the frame - so needs removing and replacing with a rivnut (a job that’s beyond me!)

The frame and forks are free for collection

I have most of the parts for the build - all that’s missing is headset, shifters, cables and bar tape.

This consists of:

FSA Vero compact Chainset with 34-50 rings
BB
Shimano 105 rear mech
Shimano Tiagra front mech
Chain
Shimano wh535 wheels with Shimano 8 speed cassette
Tektro brake calipers
Pro seatpost
Selle Italia saddle
Bottle cage
Deda bars and stem

I’ll do the build kit with the frame for £50
