A What Is This Frame Thread!

It's definitely not a Prestige as they were steel.... ;)

Can't see a canti hanger either (although could have been removed) so possibly designed around 'V's

:? :?

there is no sign of ever having a canti hanger, if there is some better angles to take photos from i can get some up tomorrow!

I've been searching to try and identify it by the serial number but to no avail... :?

does it have a serial no. ? it may help ID'ng it??

I dont recognise the rear drop-outs but surely someone does? I hope it doesn't turn out to be generic Taiwanese Alu framemanship?

is their a better way to post pics so you can see a decent sized image without having to go through linky?

If you think it's Orange, look in the 1998 catalogue and work out ha it is. A-Pro made probably like the rest of them (hence the A on the serial) the 8 meaning made in 1998

I wouldn't bother to hard though as you'll notice none of the Oranges had under seatstay tube rear mech stay routing, it went over the top. that and a complete lack of monostay/wishbone)

1998 could also be a 1999 model.
