Its not worked! Lots of froth and black gunk like in previous threads but not done anything except clean it amazingly

I assume either I need to leave it soaking longer (was too hot to touch, billowing out smoke for a while and frothing out the holes, for about fifteen minutes in a strong mix) or its a steel post.

May revert back to a very long file. Can sit down doing that without fumes!

Can't get a magnet on it, too far down the seat tube without magnet sticking to the frame!

It did pour out some froth, maybe needed longer.
