I'm sure they were in the UK but not a common occurance especially late 70's and very early 80's and as I am using drum brakes cantilever mounts are a no go.

Front hub arrived today from Germany. I really like eBay Kleinanzeigan. Only had good experiences of buying there, other than the Uber rare stuff, prices are very good. German vendors are very easy to deal with and always intrigued by my projects and inspite of Brexit, postage prices are good and arrive quickly.

After a bit of "Peachyfication" ( Chris, I have applied to the O.E.D for this to be included in next year's edition)
Back plate painted and distressed so it blends.
