A Retro Helmet !! WHY ? Specialised Sub 6 / Giro etc etc !!

Del - are you planning to ride with this helmet? Id suggest that as inadvisable. Helmets have a shelf life and these are all well past that date.....

That said I'm looking for an early zebra stripe Etto

Yes, I thought this was understood...the foam degrades and does not absorb impact the way it was intended...so definitely not safe.

But great for looks, or if you are one to ride without, then it can't be any worse than a bare skull

Ill take my chances as im sure its better than my head hitting the tarmac !! Only going to be for road riding anyways !!

I've only started using a helmet now that I have a wife and kid...guess I now have a greater sense of responsibility to remain alive and in a non-vegetative state.
