Whilst rummaging around the folks loft I came across this. My sister had popped into Bike Tech in Cheltenham to get me a birthday present (Fat Chance team top...now gone!) in 1991 (if I read the date right on the photocopied page strip) and Jo Burt was in there, and she managed to talk him into drawing this

When I got married a few years back, my 2 Ushers were mates from school who I still ride with now, so we'd all been through the MBUK phase together. Anyway, I managed to stalk / track down Jo Burt on Facebook, and he painted me 2 similar Mint Sauce pics which I framed up and gave to my mates as presents.

I'll post a pic up at some stage, but can't get it to work from the iPad.

To be honest, I wish I'd got one for myself as they were freakin awesome.

Very cool, your own personally drawn & signed Mint birthday card, not jealous one bit........................ :D

The only piece of signed Jo art work I have managed to get my hands on was an RUSS Appeal Air Ambulance t-shirt that he donated a few years ago.

this is the back of the t-shirt
