Thank you. I like the way they look too.

What impressed me was how well the two different Paul brakes worked together. They feel really balanced when controlled by my cable operated dual lever set up. Braking is not excessively dominated by the front disc, powerful though that is. I did not want to build in a rear disc, partly because of the weight but also because I don't like the long cable or hydraulic run all the way to the back axle, particularly on a road bike. It is not just the weight of the caliper and the disc but the frame has to be beefed up where the disc brakes are mounted on the fork or the stays. This is less of a weight issue with a carbon frame and is one of the reasons I chose to buy carbon forks rather than build steel disc forks.
I have now changed the tyres from 700c x 35 to 700c x 30 since I posted the first pictures. It will take mudguards with 30s but not with 35s.
