##_WTD for Kona build: stem/headset/rear wheel_##

Hi there,

Looking for some bits for my old Cindercone build, my parts box needs replenishing:

• Short-ish stem (80-100mm), expander not ahead-style, 1"1/8
• Threaded headset, pref Impact
• Tidy 8sp rear wheel

Emphasis is on cheap not flash, although cheap and flash would be fine
