I hate doing this but needs must...anyone fancy a 99 B17 with some extras, like a drop post that doesn't need a shim?
Well it's not factory spec any more. Pivots and linkages are all fine - no play. The shock and fork could probably do with replacing but they do work. Brakes are now all disks : Magura Louises, which will need filling and setting up. There is a cassette ( not pictured ) but franly with the brand new Shimano chainset you'd probably be best spending 30 quid on new ones. The swingarm has been repsrayed and laquered by me using Spray/bike and is pretty good though I say so myself. Most of all, you get a drop post. It's an ebay 90 quid special but it works fine and anyone who's ridden with a dropper knows how useful they are. Anyway, a lovely retro Marin in good condition, new chainset and dropper. Based in Manchester.
Oh the bar an stem are modern too: 31.8 bulge. Oooer.
I'd like a hundred and fifty pounds/sovs/quid/zoots. And it's in Manchester.
