Me too. If it wasn’t an 8 hour round trip for me I would probably have it. Wonder if people are seeing something I’m not. I can see a couple of tiny dings on the top tube and it needs refinishing but otherwise it’s a good size and looks alright.

Maybe. I’m sure as hell not sending somebody £700 on the hope that I’d receive the frame. Also with little chance of returning it if there’s an issue.

Any pictures for those of us not on fb?

Personally I would want to see the frame in person before buying, or at least get plenty of detailed photos sent over. As for payments, as long as you are not sending cash you are pretty much covered for the above two scenarios so not really any risk, just inconvenience if have to send back.
