18” ctr to top of seat tube
I think that makes it 17” in Specialized sizing…?
A few honest marks/scratches but no scrapes or dents. Just wear and tear, some poor touch ups as well.
All threads fine.
No nasties.
I’m in Birmingham but do get about the midlands for meeting up.
