Schwinn Straight 8 pullshock '99 model
actually turns out its a '98 world cup prototype as used by team riders
Schwinn straight 8 17" frame
04 Rockshox Boxxer race
Hayes purple edition Mags (just purple lettering)
XTR cassetter derailleur and shifter, all new used only ridden a handful of times
Rockshox pro deluxe rear shock was serviced by hippie tech suspension in USA just before i bought it, had it for ages but barely ridden it.
Hone crankset and truvativ boxguide, again only ridden a handful of times
tenacious D bars, fairly wide
oury grips and hope bar plugs
Ringle hubs front and rear, super smooth and clicky if that floats your boat!
front rim is a mavic 321, rear is a new 729,
Has the usual scuffs and chips marks etc that you would expect of a DH bike.
Been my pride and joy for the past two years, but I've hardly used, a bit on the small side for all 6 ft 6 of me!
gutted to be getting rid of it, if i didnt need the dosh it would be hanging from the wall in my house! Actually saving up for another Lawill bike!!!
The lawwill rear end is considered to be great for square edged hits, I found it to be super smooth which is why i'm after a rotec (in large). The floating brake definately works as well, overall just a really nice bike to ride, very very smooth.
Should mention also its fairly light for a DH bike, will weigh it if anyones interested.
I'm based in Glasgow and ideally would like pick up or i could deliver within a reasonable distance. Postage at buyers expense.
looking for £700 ono
Cheers
