I can re-use the ball cages, so that's good. It's a cartridge BB and still feels smooth. Once I have my vice up and running in my shed I'll attempt to remove it!!!!! It's for my wife any way, so won't be used that much.

Displaces water. It's too thin to penetrate properly, that's why you want to get something proper - plusgas etc. WD40 wont do anything on something properly stuck.
