yes it is a zaskar no curved end cap 6061 stamped on inside on frame where rear wheel mounts, the size is 18...condition is above average so in other word it looks pretty damn good for a 96 haha

Seriously.... If you can't find the time to post up a few pictures and a proper description then people aren't going to take the time to buy it...

I don't know about anyone else, but I wouldn't buy a bike frame (or any bits for that matter) without seeing a photo first!

You still haven't said what currency the price is in, or whether it's for a complete bike or frame only?
