Had this one a year now and have used and abused it to the point it needs some care.
A few changes in Spec too
Psylos's swapped for Judy XC
Shimano NDS arm swapped for RS3
Profile stem swapped for Azonic Shorty
XT 739 Front mech died so is being replaced by a XT 738 bottom pull
XTR V's swapped for XT V's
Bike is still kicking butt too, recently raced it at the Glentress 7 as part of Tweedlove, was whipping a lot of the modern bikes both up and down the 11km lap (much longer climbs and short fast descents) might not have been the best weapon but got a fair few comments on the day!
I'll try and get some pics of new state up once I have the rear wheel sorted (big wobble) and put the Smoke / Dart reissues on!

I made the change so it brings the Zaskar to almost full XT M737/8/9 and similarly sets my Heckler to almost full M950/1/2
I've done the zip tie mod on both sets as the pivots were a bit slack so there is very little difference in the feel and whilst I like to mix and match factory spec (or close) is the way to go....
