Not a bad price for a Yo though... and the frame otherwise looks really clean. BB shell isn't too bad either judging by the images. If the seat tube is that bad (as they can be) I would have expected there to be signs of corrosion in there as well.
I'm a bit surprised the seller hasn't added any close up shots of the seat tube area?

I asked about the seat tube.
The frame looked very similar to one I bid upon and lost on ebay several weeks ago. Same colour, same glossy paint. That particular auction was won at sub £200 from memory.. and the reason it wrapped up so low was that the seller in that case had mentioned and photoed the seat tube - with a couple of pin prick holes. I factored in the cost of replacing the tube and a respray when bidding.
I don’t know that it’s the same frame but it looks the same. If it was, the new seller is adding a bit of a mark up. That said, he provided images when asked and was generally communicative - think he even offered me a slight discount. However.. if it was the one I lost at £195 or whatever it was, it didn’t feel like such a bargain!

According to that, there should be a 2mm rust hole under USA sticker on the seat tube, that's something the new seller should have pointed out as they know about it. Assuming it is the same frame, pretty sure it is.
