Recalls, you should see the number of Rockshox forks etc that are recalled and still ridden and the fact even if not recalled 30yr old fragile magnesium alloys and carbon fibre tubes would be more fragile than anything now..
And all the smaller boutique products that snap all over the place but don't have a recall (because they're not linked to a large, for the time, bike manufacturer).
