So, is this a confirmed sighting, a high res close-up of the top-tube would be more convincing.

Unfortunately not a lot of ladies racing Mountain bikes in SE Ohio around '94/'95...
Its a scan of an old picture I took. No Hi Res or close-ups. The manly men of Team Amigos mainly finished DFL, drank cheap beer and smoked your weed. Good guys though.

hmmm, its a bit like one of them yeti or big foot pics, still not convinced, i need a close up with visible decals, lol

Indeed the Zig Zag Trail existed.

It is a model that was not available in the 1994 UK brochure, but mainland Europe saw it as an option.

As with all things at Marin, if you wanted it enough, it was available, or offered as an option to dealers to clear through end of year stocks that were previously reserved for foreign markets.

Not going to start a new thread till it's built, but on the subject of unusual Marins, here's my next project - i like to think of it as a 'rainforest' Eldridge:

I'm thinking '90 - no U-brake. (though I know the tiny ones had seat stay U into '91) I'm not a Marin expert though by any means, though i've owned a fair few including 2 1991 Eldridge Grades, I'm buying this to remind me of my early days on MTBs, will try and resist the urge to bling it - full DX, Arayas and a Flite - it doesn't need anything else really.
