'92 Kona Kilauea. Other '92 Kona bikes considered

Howdy,

As per my bike thread viewtopic.php?f=1&t=281490&start=10 My trusty '92 Kilauea bought the farm last week. I'm looking to replace it - preferably with another one - simply by swapping the frame.

I'm 6ft 2 so think a 19 or 20 would be for me - although may be able to get away with 21".

Ideally I'd just pick up a frame but I'd consider full bikes. If people are keen on selling full bikes I'd consider an upgrade to an explosif or something similar.

So - anyone able to help?!

Thanks - but sorry - definitely keen on a '92 for now. I realise this is completely irrational...!

You could buy a 92 Cinder Cone / Lava Dome and paint it blue (same frames) ;-)

Would a Kona Explosif with Deore DX/XT, thumbies etc be a 1992 model?

By the way, 18-ish inch in green, very nice condition.
