Right then, my first bit of karma. I've had quite a bit of interest in this but I guess some of you are a bit wary about the repair, but would you be so wary if the frame and forks were FREE?
So, much as DegsUk did recently I'm going to raffle this off, all you'll need to do is pay for postage at cost if you win. If you want to collect that's fine too.
Handlebars no longer included (well, what do you want blood ?)
So the idea is you get a number allocated in the order you register interest in this thread by posting (I'm not automatically assuming that everyone who's already shown an interest in the original thread wants to be included, so if you do, you'll have to post again saying so). The winning number will be drawn using the random number generator at http://www.random.org/.
Closing date for entries Tuesday 14th August at 18:00. Draw will be Tuesday 14th around 20:00ish.
This is just a bit of fun, please treat it as such.
Just one last thing. I'm sure the repair will be fine, this frame was being actively ridden before I got my hands on it.

I bought this frame on impulse, and a few weeks after I got it an Alpinestars Cro-mega DX frame came up which I also bought, and that's the one I'm in the process of restoring and building back up into a complete bike, so I no longer have any use for this frame.
Measurements are , C-C 15", C-T 16 1/2", top tube 21" approx.
The seatpost inserts 3 1/2" into the frame, which is about 1 1/4" below the bottom of the top tube (read my last post in the thread above if you don't know why I'm bringing this up). It would only go down another inch or so anyway because of the curved seat tube. Thomson show the minimum insertion for their inline seatpost in 29.4 size as being, 63.5mm for the 330mm length and 76.2mm for the 410mm and as 3 1/2" equates to 89mm roughly, it should be fine.
I've put helicopter tape over the decals I had from Gil to protect them, I guess if you think it looks naff you should be able to peel it off without taking the decals with it.
