Retro Newbie
I am looking to buy a 92-93 Attitude or Adroit for my dad. His 55th is coming up in just over a month and its something I would really like to be able to make happen for him. He got me into mountain biking back when I was 5 and some of the best times he had when he wasn't overseas (Army had him busy) was when he wuld take me on rides with him. In 93 he came back from the first leg of a 15 month tour in Honduras with per diem in hand and bought the bike he had been coveting for the past 6 months, a Sunburst linear fade Attitude. He bought it frame and fork and built it up with parts he had from his old Kona Lava Dome and replaced them with nicer components as he could afford them.
Come 98 we had moved off base and into their first house, mom was into her masters and knee deep in student loans and he very regretingly sold it to a collector in Japan for $3500, $300 more then he had into it. That was one of the many sacrifices he made without second thought to make sure that my mom and myself never went without. Im wanting to do something special for him. He has been reminiscing over the old klein ads he brought out to show me when I got back into riding a few years back, always talking about experiences he had on rides with his buddies and I can see just how much he misses it.

So the final rundown:
!992-93 Klein Attiude or Adroit in Sunburst size 18, 19 or 20 Prefferably rigid fork but a color matched m21 i wouldnt turn down.
