91' Kona HeiHei

Thought I'd share few pics from my ride home this eve on my 91' Kona Hei Hei, dodged rain & hail!! clouds for a lovely evening run home. Got to say this is fast becoming one on my favorite retrobikes, bigger frame than I normally go for but with Mr.Murray's geometry and shortish (for 91!) 130mm stem it handles really very well.

Oh yes few bits to change as and when they arise but so glad I built up and got riding first then tweek as I go......new direction for me.

Bloody love this! Two of my mates had Konas in 91 & 92 (one was the lowest of the low but still funky) the other was a Cinder Cone I think it had some Suntour on it. Bothe cool machines, and both my mates coveted a HeiHei! If only they could see this now!
