The chromica finish of the stx se group will make a great and unusual contrast with the frame colour
Love the look of your Saracen! There defo must've been a period where parts where swapped out/added in at the end of a year to make up bikes. I think it makes them more interesting! Great to read about your journey building it all up. I'm sure some day the apprentice from the Saracen factory in the 90's will pop up and tell stories of randomly pulling bike parts togetherHi, your mystery Saracen reminds me on mine, shown here.

Also originally when i've bought it a blue, rather low spec Saracen unclear yesr and model.
IIt's seems to be a different blue than yours, although the color appears on ppicturesa bit different as in real and ddepend also on sun light condition.
As mine has the segmented Saracen fork, as the 94 Tufftrax I would guess than yours has to be a different model, or limited edition combineing pieces from their shelves.
In all cases this is a great base for your first Retrobike build!
