90s saracen £25

I'm collecting this Sunday, pics to follow.
This could yield some good parts for my Emmelle Classic 2000 Aluminium.

Emelle? Am I missing something? The Saracen is nicer by far unless I am thinking your emelle is different to what it is?

Agreed. There are a few mls that can be spared the bonfire but not many. Restore this lovely sarrie with two sets of bottle bosses on the down tube.

If you split it would be a shame, its survived this long original spec.

The Saracen saddles are fairly rare now.

My reference to the Emmelle was somewhat flippant I admit - pending collection I think the Saracen will have to stay complete.
However, the Emmelle Classic Aluminium 200 in dayglo yellow is actually a super bike that is joy to ride now I sorted the STI shifters - and leave outside the pub knowing any passing scrote is unlikely take it. Here, tell me this is not great with its original tyres. Emmelles get slagged off on here and I don't agree with that blinkered elitist attitude - the early ones were good.

Nowt eliteist from me. Just wouldnt split the saracen. All my bikes are low end.

Emmelle looks ok. Chainset probably weighs a tonne but looks ok.

Emmelle chainset is the same as the biospace I have on my 89 Tufftrax. Brakes are very similar too.
