90's Dawes Horizon 52cm Touring Bike £250 SOLD
Reynolds 501 frame, British built, good condition. 52cm Seat-tube, 55cm top-tube, 78.5cm Standover height. Was building this up to do some touring - Size wasn't quite right for me so I bit the bullet and bought a Surly instead. Recently had the following new parts fitted: M
art Elite sealed bearing headset professionally fitted, System EX quill stem, Bontrager compact bars, a Shimano UN55 bottom bracket , Shimano Alivio crankset, Shimano chain and Specialized infinity 700x28c tyres w/ flak jacket puncture protection.
As it stands it would make a fine little commuter, throw some racks and guards on it and you could do some touring, has full compliments of eyelets front and rear and also low-rider mounts.
Ideally I would like this collected as it's much easier, if I can't sell it locally I will be willing to post. Any questions please ask - Viewings welcome, located Birmingham B33.
