90's 531 Ribble cyclo cross frame (Terry Dolan)

Do we know what steel this is? i'm sorely tempted - Has it never been badged 531?

it was sold as 531,it was never badged 531 which was strange,i did enquire at the time but it was nearly 20 years ago and i cant remember what the outcome was,feel free to check with Ribble,

hi is the frame still for sale? are the dropouts semi sloping, if so what length?
