857's First Run Out

Retrobike Rider
Final ditherings over the brakes to choose (the cheapo Box V's are powerful but a tad grabby - and they're cheapo!), before heading off to ride at Wildboarclough and around Macclefield Forest.

Fairly blinking cold despite the sunshine, ice still around in the shadows to catch the unwary.

Heavy legs acquired just in time for high tea in front of the match, then off to see Hot Chip in town.

Very nice Neil, how many's that now :?:
Has that frame had a re spray or did you buy it like it.

Looks like a great bike and a scenic ride - are those NOS DX v brakes in that first photo?

Yo Neil, a very nice build-must say that the background shot with no trees could easily pass for some of the flatter sections of Sonoma County.
