Edit: 6 months after starting I've finally got the post out so now I consider this a prospective bicycle.

Five pages of warm up drivel. Getting better then.

Thanks to all who helped with advice on removal and especially weeman who provided a slide hammer kit with taps and wrenches and all you could need. Sadly it took the caustic method to finally free the frame.

Now it begins.........
