After a rear wheel ideally with a coloured hub. Must be at least XT quality, if possible something like a hope hub. Rim brake. Bearings must be in decent condition and not too much wear on the rim.
Could consider a wheelset if you don't want to split. Could also consider rebuilding a hub if the rim is worn (not my preferred option though).
