I've just noticed that it has mudguard eyes on the rear dropouts, but as far as I can make out, none on the fork ends. Or is it just me?

I can't tell you any more than what I know, which is that I bought it from a fella off this site in Sheffield (Colin) a few years back. Here is another pic of it in pre-painted form. I weighed the whole bike yesterday and it comes in at 9.8kg, don't know if this is good or bad.
