7-speed thumb shifters

Looking to convert the road bars (with hooded brakes/shifters) on my cyclocross into std bars. Got the brake levers, just need 3 x 7 thumbies. For a working bike so don't have to be cosmetically mint, just be 100% working order.

Got a nice set of 7 speed sti levers and shifters combined, takes up less room on the bars, lighter and looks neater, works with Canti's and V's.
