Early 70s/ late 60s frame + zeus crank. The frame was respayed in the early 70s and the maker has been lost. have tried to find out who the frame builder is but no luck yet. People have said it could be a briggs or a carlton but none of them have engraved card symbols into the forks so i dont know. All the parts on it were nuevo record/ mafac/ zeus so im guessing it was pretty decent. frame has nervex lugs and a serial number 65137
measurements are
61cm c-t seat tube
59cm c-c top tube
17cm head tube
crank length 170 with 48/43 chainrings

touring wheelset campagnolo record hubs laced to weinman rims + 5 speed freewheel
