Sorted 58-60cm frame and fork with eyelets for restomod winter bike respray project - tattier the better

I do like the look of that, but it doesn't have mudguard eyelets, does it? (I can't 100% tell from the photo, but it doesn't look like it).

Hopefully sorted now – either a 1982 Holdsworth Special, or a 1985 Raleigh Royal, depending on which frame I keep seeing as I ended up buying both...
