56cm road bike frame wanted

I'm looking for a '90s era steel road bike frame measuring 56cm CtT with 130mm rear spacing, something that will take downtube shifters.

I have all the components to fit to a frame.

Looking to spend between £50 to £150.

I'll have a 56cm Ron Cooper frameset available soon but it's recently refurbed (and re-tracked) and I'd want a lot more for it. Ticks all the other boxes, though. Just an inch too small for me - as I get older, a 5" drop to the bars is a little too much.
