531 or similar nice steel frameset, 21"+

On the lookout for a large (21"+) sized steel frameset for my DIRTGATE project.

Ideally 135mm OLD vertical drop-outs, preferably with a rear canti hanger.

531/Tange quality and suitable for a dirt drop conversion for my lanky 6'3" frame.

EDIT - must have BP front mech as I'll be using a triple road mech with STIs :facepalm:

Not got a great deal to spend, and will probably be powdercoated, so nothing flashy please. In fact tatty as you like so long as it's sound!
